New Collections Tools

We are proud to launch a completely new set of collections tool, which you can find under the new "Collections" section. The existing tool will remain available for a short time. The new tool has many new features including:

• Ability to immediately retry individual or sets of transactions.
• New and improved grid design, with paging and expandable rows for extra client and transaction details.
• Checkbox / Single Button design, in favor of the old dropdown design to allow for much quicker submission of large numbers of transactions.
• Outstanding and Manual transactions have been segregated to different pages.
• All existing functionality such as editing the charge amount, resubmitting to the queue, manually receiving, etc.
