A Few New Features

We have secretly added a few new Billing Circle features over the last month, and figured it was about time we announced them.

  • New Report: Manual Bills Created - For those of you taking advantage of the Manual Bills functionality of Billing Circle, this new report can be extremely useful for tracking manual bills and payments received.
  • New Report: Expired/Expiring Active Bills - For those using "Installment" recurring billing, or anyone with expirations on their subscription bills, will find this new report extremely helpful. Track which bills are going to be expiring and contact those customers for renewals.
  • New Report: Client Losses - Track how many clients you are losing (setting to non-active status) over a date range. When comparing to the Client Acquisitions report, this can give you a great overall picture of your client growth.
  • New Feature: Multi-page Email Lineitems - Email attachement documents now support multiple pages of lineitem notes. This allows you to take full advantage of the Lineitem/Notes fields of a bill, to include every bit of information necessary to the customer. If your lineitems go past the first page, the notes will be broken up and wrapped cleanly to any number of pages.
