You may have noticed Billing Circle running a bit faster! We’ve slowly been in the process of upgrading our internal processes (specifically related to returning customer information) to load a lot quicker. The latest batch of upgrades are specific to the Manage Clients page and Detailed Reports that pull transaction information.
You asked, and we listened! We’ve more than tripled the speed of all advanced searches, and more than doubled the speed of sorting by any column. As always, we recommend any of the more advanced web browsers such as Mozilla FireFox and Google Chrome as they will instantly speed up nearly every aspect of Billing Circle.
The Collections Report, Sales Details, and Transaction Details reports have all been further optimized and test show the reports loading around 5x as fast. For those businesses doing over 100,000 transactions a month, we’ve been listening to your feedback and this report should now be very manageable.
We’ve still got a long way to go, but these internal changes will make it much easier for us to roll out new features.
