Client Self Service We're very pleased to announce an entirely new Self Service area.

New self service features include:

  • Clients can pay their bills (both Manual and Declined) instead of just updating their billing information.
  • Ticketing System - This simple ticketing system allows improved customer service. Expect some great improvements to this in the future.
  • New tab added to Client Detail page for Tickets. To initiate a ticket with the client, use this page.
  • Vastly improved customization and styling capabilities.
  • New Location - https://www.accounthistory.net/ Our goal is to keep Billing Circle as transparent as possible.
  • Email notifications for profile, billing, and passwords updated by the client.
  • Multiple prebuilt themes that can be fully customized by you.
  • Both global, and page-by-page header and footer configuration.
  • Manually billed clients can update their billing information and become automatically billed credit card clients.
  • eCheck billing type support.
  • Configurable "Forgot Password" email.
  • Log-in tracking and reporting, including the browser used and geographic location.
