Texas Shine, Inc. was founded in 1999 by three childhood friends. The first Texas Shine location, a full service car wash located in Schertz, Texas, was designed with the customer in mind. In 2002 Texas Shine expanded into the automatic and self service market by opening Texas Shine Express car wash on Perrin Beitel Rd. In 2004 Texas Shine Express opened their second location on the corner of Nacogdoches Rd. and Loop 1604. By 2006 Texas Shine had added two additional Texas Shine Express car wash locations. With operation strategies integrated into the best facility design, Texas Shine has become the fastest growing car wash in the South Texas area.
Prior to using Billing Circle, we had numerous problems with the system we depended on for our billing needs. We experienced overcharges, we were not able to track our delinquent due customers, we had no response from their customer service when we called regarding all the over charged customers. Their system was not able to hold the amount of data we were inputting into the data base.

We are able to stay on top of our delinquent customers as well as navigate easily through our existing customers.
