Control Yours is a brain child of two buddies that wanted something more out of the world wide web, an easier experience! We developed a total package system around Content Management (a thing that makes your website as easy to update/edit as sending an email), providing a cash flow friendly approach to Website Development and Design. We understand that the average person doesn't want to 'know' how to edit HTML CODE, they just want their website to be current and to have an easy way to communicate with their customers, so we take care of all the geeky stuff. Giving businesses control of their websites at a fraction of the price, providing a monthly payment option for business cash flow, and a reason to avoid paying the expensive website developer rates.
Prior to using Billing Circle, we had no system or structure to bill our clients as subscription payments or additional Add-Ons. We were using PayPal, which practically has no subscription management services and was a nightmare to modify anything. If we wanted to change a subscription, we had to cancel it and resubmit it again through the sign up process...Real handy if our clients want to add a new domain every month...I'm being sarcastic! We were limited to accepting payments through PayPal, and for our clients, paying with a credit card was very confusing, especially if they didn't want to set up a PayPal account. Everything was a mess and it made running a subscription based business a nightmare!
Billing Circle has given us the flexibility to add any sort of package Add-On to our customer's subscriptions, as often as we want and payments are processed automatically. Another really great thing is that we're not limited to certain subscription time lengths, like so many other companies are. We can have a 12 month subscription, 24 month, or even once a year with automatic or manual payments. We feel we are able to breath freely again and we don't have to hassle with the $$ anymore, IT JUST WORKS!
Oh ya before I forget, Billing Circle has some of the best tech support we've ever experienced! They've helped us countless times even when the problem was NOT on their end (it was our fault), that alone is priceless to us.
