Prior to using Billing Circle, Gemini relied on a software and billing platform that was required by our fulfillment company. In addition to being expensive, the software was not user-friendly and had so many restrictions it was hard to set up the billing and customize offers the way we wanted. The platform wasn't intended to support monthly billing, and it also did not have any email support module. As a result, our billing was inconsistent and was often skipped on weekends and holidays because the transactions had to be processed manually by this 3rd party.
